The 2025 Lamborghini Temerario: A Bold Hybrid Supercar
Ten years after the Huracán's release, Lamborghini is introducing the Temerario, the Huracán's replacement. In contrast to its predecessors, the Temerario's V-8 hybrid powerplant, which includes three electric motors, replaces the conventional V-10 engine. This new design improves aerodynamics and daily usability in addition to modernizing the engine. Lamborghini's complete lineup is now hybrid thanks to this debut.
Strength and Efficiency
A 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 engine with 538 pound-feet of torque and 789 horsepower powers the Temerario. Three electric motors are combined with the V-8 to produce a total output of 590 pound-feet of torque and 907 horsepower. With all-wheel drive and additional accuracy provided by the electric motors, this engine can reach a maximum rev of 10,000 rpm.
The rear wheels are powered by the V-8 engine.
The front wheels are driven by two electric motors , enabling both all-wheel drive and electric-only driving as necessary.
Improved acceleration, smoother shifts, and the removal of turbo lag are all made possible by a third electric motor.
The Temerario has a top speed of 213 mph and can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 2.7 seconds.
